Warranty FAQ
Good to know
Looking after your deck keeps both warranties valid. You'll get a care guide at handover.
When does the warranty start?
On the day of your final walkthrough, when we hand over your written warranty and care guide.
Does the warranty transfer if I sell my home?
Yes. The remaining workmanship warranty transfers to the new owner. Many manufacturer warranties transfer too, with some conditions.
What maintenance do I need to do?
Wash composite and PVC decks twice a year, use a plastic shovel in winter and keep debris out of board gaps. Wood decks need cleaning and a fresh coat of stain or sealer every 2–3 years.
