When you call, text, email or use our quote form, we collect what you choose to share: usually your name, phone number, email address, the area you live in and details about your project. Our website may also collect basic, anonymous usage data such as pages visited and device type.

- To respond to your enquiry and prepare your quote.
- To schedule, build and support your project, including warranty service.
- To improve our website and services.
We don't sell or rent your personal information. If your enquiry is better handled by another Ryan's Group company (for example, Ryan's Renovations), we'll ask before passing it on.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our email, scheduling and website hosting providers, and only as needed. Where required, we share information with the City of Ottawa to apply for permits on your behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep project records for as long as needed to provide warranty service and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete them securely.
